Author's pov~

Entering the room Advay saw Adrisha curled up in the comforter. He went to her and caressed her hair. “Biwi get up have your dinner.” She stirred in her sleep and opened her eyes but turned her face to the other side immediately. Advay exhaled a sigh knowing she's still mad at him.

He left the room and seeing him leaving the room Adrisha felt as if he's being annoyed by her. She decided not to bother him anymore. She got up and went to the bathroom to freshen up. Some minutes later, she came back to the room and saw him walking to the balcony with food plates in his hands.

She thought he's going to have his dinner on the balcony, so she decided to go downstairs. Just when she was about to open the door, a hand grabbed his forearm and the next second she was floating in his arm.

“What are you doing?” She asked, tightening the hold around his neck. While he was taking her to the balcony.

“Apni Biwi ko khana khilane le ja rahe hain. Koi dikkat?” He asked, looking straight into her eyes. She kept quiet.

(taking my wife to eat, is there any problem?)

He gently dropped her on the floor, she breathed out a soft gasp. The whole balcony was decorated with fairy lights with a comfy mattress in the middle of the balcony with cushions and pillows scattered all over them. The food plates were placed on the small table beside the mattresses. The red roses kept on the table just added more serenity to the surrounding.

He slid his hands on her waist, nuzzling his face on her neck. She put her hands on his, while eyeing everything.

“Do you like it?” He questioned, putting his chin on her shoulder. She turned her face towards him and said “I love it.” After a pause of a few seconds she whispered “Thank you”. He smiled and kissed her forehead and whispered against her skin “anything for you Jaan.”

They both went to sit on the place and started having their food. They both fed each other in between their chit chat. After the dinner, Advay went to put the dishes in the kitchen and she just sat there admiring her husband. She smiled looking at him, while he was arranging the mattress for them to sleep as per on her insistence.

After that, they both laid down under the night sky admiring the moon, until she hissed because of the cramps in her lower abdomen. He immediately scooted towards her and took her in his embrace.

She kept her head on his chest with her hands clutching on her stomach. He slowly slid his one hand inside her shirt.

“Is it hurting a lot?" He questioned in the most gentle voice. She just nodded a little. He started caressing her bare stomach, drawing random patterns on her skin. She relaxed herself under his touch, but felt a tingling sensation in her body when she felt his hand moving on her lower abdomen. Being on her periods when her hormones were on its peak, feeling him this close gave her slight goosebumps.

But shrugging off her thoughts she called him. ”Addu?” And he looked down on her as she rested her head against his chest. He hummed and waited for her to speak further. But one thing that took his heart away was the name. The name she has given him. The name by which only she can call him. Even though it was a little silly to be called by that name, only he knows how much he loves to be called that by her.

“Was it a date ?” She asked making random patterns on his neck. “What do you think it was ?” He asked her back instead of answering her. She stayed silent not knowing what to say. She wanted to hear that he arranged all those things for her, He did all the efforts just to make her happy. But at the back of her mind she thought that he did all these out of responsibility. Just because she is his wife.

After a couple of minutes, he broke the silence and said “it was not a date, it's called taking care of your wife.” He completed his words and she replied “Thank you so much addu.” He smiled and kissed her forehead saying “anything for you Jaan.”

He asked her again “what kind of date would you prefer to go on ?” she thought and replied after a couple of seconds “I don't like expensive dates like candle light dinners in some luxurious restaurant. I would prefer going on a small picnic. On a bright sunny day or under the moon like we are right now.” All the time Advay was looking at her very attentively. He made a mind note to complete her each and every wish.

After a little chit chatting they both slipped in their dreamland.

Next morning~

Adrisha stretched her hand to hug her beloved husband but found her opposite side empty. She looked at the time and thought he would have gone to the gym. She realised that she was in bed, while they slept on the balcony. She thought that he must have taken her to the room.

Just when she was about to get up from bed, the door opened and there stood Advay Singhania in his glory. She looked at him and her heartbeat rose. He was wearing a green polo shirt with off white trousers. Adrisha was looking at him, to be precise gawking at him.

They both were looking straight into each other's eyes, that she didn't realise when he walked towards her and sat in front of her. He tucked her hair strands behind her ear and said “Breath, biwi sahiba.” She gets deja vu. She remembered the day she saw him in this room. They were this close for the first time just like today they are. She realised so many things have changed from that day till now, they came closer and their love started blooming.

“Why are you wearing casuals, don't you have to go to the office?” She asked him, and he replied “No, I'm not going to the office today, we're going somewhere so get ready quickly. Your clothes are ready in the closet. Just go and get ready, we'll have breakfast there only and today this CEO is at your service mam.”

“Ok Mr. CEO, but do you know we've to ask the person if we want to take them out.” And in a swift he was kneeling down in front of her with an extended hand “Mrs. Adrisha Advay Singhania would you like to go on a date with your husband?” He asked ever so politely, while she asked him back “what if I say no?”.

“Toh utha ke le jayenge” he said, coming closer to her face. “kaise?” She asked with raised eyebrows and in a split of a second he threw her on his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. He took her to the bathroom and made her sit on the counter. “Tell me now, is it a yes or I'll have to carry you like this to the destination?” She smiled and said “it was always a yes Mr. Singhania, I was teasing you. Now go out, I've to take a shower” she pushed him gently. But he stood there awkwardly scratching his neck “biwi, would you mind if I'll help you with the shower.” His words made her cheeks have a red hue of blush, while his ears were also turning red.

She got down from the counter and placed her hands on his well built chest. She started taking steady steps forward while roaming her hands on his chest. He gulped hard and started walking back. They reached the threshold of the bathroom. She tiptoed on her toes and he closed his eyes ready to feel her lips on his. His heartbeat rose at its highest. He waited for a few seconds, But shrieked when she pushed her out of the bathroom and closed the door on her face.

It took some seconds for him to realise what just happened. He thought she's going to kiss him. Adrisha was laughing wholeheartedly inside the bathroom. She opened the door a little and peeked outside. She saw Advay was still standing in his place, she took him out of his thoughts when she asked “what happened Mr. Husband, were you expecting something else?” Advay dashed to the door but she closed it immediately.

Advay sighed and went to set the bed. After that he sat on the sofa with his laptop and was going through some files. Adrisha entered the room wearing a maroon anarkali suit which was selected by him only. She went towards the vanity and started doing her makeup. Advay’s concentration was long lost from the work. He was just staring at her as if capturing her every movement. Adrisha was done with her makeup while he got up and walked towards her. He took the nuptial chain from her and made her wear it.

He took the pinch of vermillion and filled her hair partition and she closed her eyes feeling the moment. She stood in front of the mirror, settling her dupatta. Once she was done he slipped his hands on her waist and put his face on her shoulder.

“Kaisi lag rahi hoon?” She asked and he replied with “bilkul meri lag rahi ho.” The red hue adorned her face, matching with her clothes colour.

They both came downstairs hand in hand. They went to the dining table and saw everyone sitting there. Adrisha took the blessings of the elders and wished good morning to the younger clan, while Advay did the same. Advay already informed the family that they are going out and will have breakfast there only.

“Bhai kal Puri raat kaafi nahi thi kya jo ab bahar bhi jana pad raha hai.” Rishi said with a teasing smile, which was audible to Advay, Adrisha and Anika only.

(Bhai, was the whole night not enough yesterday that you have to go out now?)

Rudra coughed a little indicating them that the elders are also present there. But none of the elders heard anything. Advay glared at Rishi, who was still looking at him with a smug smile. He took the prantha from his plate and rolled it, Rishi opened his mouth to say something but Advay stuffed the whole paratha in his mouth and said “muh band kar aur chup chap khaana khaa, warna abhi sab ko bta dunga ki janaab har roz office ke baad hospital kyu jate hai.”

Rishi widened his eyes and choked on his food while Advay gave him a glass of water and Adrisha rubbed his back and said with a teasing smile “eat slowly Rishi” as if her husband was not the one who did this to him. Rishi gave her a betrayal look and she returned it with the pity one.

Advay said bye to everyone and grabbed her hand to leave but felt a tug on his shirt. He looked back and saw Adrisha giving him a puppy eyes look. He frowned and asked her what happened. She asked him slowly “can’t we have our breakfast here only ?” “Why? Don't you want to go out ?” He asked her back and she answered with “we didn't have dinner with everyone last night. So now we should have breakfast with them and afterwards we're gonna be out the whole day.” He nodded silently and they both went back to sit on their seats.

“What happened Advay? Aren't you both going out?” Mahima asked, “Maa we will leave after breakfast.” Adrisha said and was about to serve him but he took the bowl from her hand and served her and himself. Everyone was admiring the couple and was shocked also that the boy who never served food himself, is doing all the things for his wife. How Adrisha's presence in his life changed his aura.

They all had breakfast after that everyone went to their respective works. Advay and Adrisha walked to the car. He opened the door of the passenger seat for her and made her wear the seatbelt. He settled on the driver seat. He was about to start the car but she stopped him and leaned towards his face. His breath hitched, heart beat raised and she….
