Adrisha's pov~

Just as I went into the room, I was pinned to the door, which I had just closed behind me. He pinned me to the door while I was trying to process what happened in a span of seconds.

He stood in front of me, towering over my figure. Even though we have a slight height difference—I'm 5'6 while he's around 5'10—his muscled-up body is imposing enough.

I felt his breaths falling on my face. I looked up into his eyes and saw him staring at me already. I gathered the courage and decided to ask him, “What are you doing, Advay?”—the first time I called him by his name. His brows scrunched, confusion written over his face.

He removed his hands from either side of my head and crossed them over his chest. “What happened to you, Biwi?” he asked me, while I replied by shaking my head in no. He put his hands again on the sides of my head. I was  feeling so fragile under his gaze. His breaths made me tremble.

“Why are you calling me by my name, Jaan?” he said, coming closer to me. Just our lips apart a few inches. But what made me feel different emotions was the name he just called me by. Jaan, he really called me Jaan. Oh god these butterflies.

I wanted to tease him a little. Of course, my stubborn self won't let me sleep without doing so. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him a little closer. Now he was the one with a little tension and heavy breaths, his hands on my waist, but unluckily I was not wearing a saree to feel his touch on my bare skin. We both were just staring at each other without even blinking. His eyes paced back and forth from my eyes to lips. “Are we going to kiss? Oh god, my first kiss with my first husband. Wtf, I mean my husband.”

He leaned a little closer, I closed my eyes to feel his lips on mine. But I feel nothing, I open my eyes and he's looking at me with his infamous smirk dancing on his lips. What a tease this man is?

I unwrapped my hands and pushed him a little and walked towards the bed. But in a swift motion, I was in his arms again. He hugged  me from behind with his chin on my shoulder. "You didn't answer me, Biwi,”he asked and I asked back, "Isn't it your name?”

“That is my name, I know, but for you, I'm your Addu. Not Advay, not Mr. Singhania, not anything, just your Addu.” I smiled and turned around. “Okay, my Addu.” “Yes, Addu ki jaan."

Just like that smiling ear to ear we both went to our dreamland.

Next day~

Author’s note~

The sun rose up and its rays disturbed the beauty sleep of the couple. Adrisha woke up and closed the curtains. She looked at him and found him cutely sleeping on his stomach while hugging her pillow.

It was early in the morning. So she decided to wake him up later. She did her morning routine and got ready in a peach saree.

Adrisha’s pov~

I went downstairs, as usual maa, Chachi, dadu and dadi were there. But today Priya bhabi was also present. She slept early last night, so woke up early as well. I wished them all. We all did pooja together. After that everyone came in their working attire. Rohan went to school. I and bhabi made breakfast with maa.

Then maa asked me to wake him up. I put all the breakfast on the table and went to wake him up. I went into the room and saw him standing in front of the mirror with nothing on. I mean nothing on top.

He was half naked. First time I saw him without wearing anything. His muscled up toned body, his biceps, his abs, how badly I wanted to run my hands over them. But what caught my attention was the mole beneath his left nipple. I didn't realise that I was gawking at him.

My not so dirty got broken by his voice. When he suddenly covered himself with the towel which was on the bed and said  “Aise mat dekho Biwi mujhe sharam aati hai.”

(Don't look like that biwi, I feel ashamed.)

That was it embarrassment ran through my veins and I was damn sure that my face would have been turned red. He just caught me staring at him. What he said added more into my embarrassment.

She- “I wasn't looking at you, like that–

He- “like what?”

She- “means I wasn't staring at you”

He- “don’t lie Biwi”

She- “I’m not lying”

He- “you are, you were looking at me like I'm your prey”

She- “What, no, not at all”

He- “yes, you were”

She- “no”

He- “yes”

She- “no”

He-“no”

She- “yes”

He- “yesss”

End of the argument, “so now you agree that you were drooling over me, Biwi” he said, putting his hands on my waist and pulling me closer while my hands went on his bare chest.

“so what if I was, ain't you my husband Mr. Singhania” I said while he hissed and said “Not with this Mr. Singhania again” I laughed and he kissed my forehead. After that he got ready and filled my hair partition which I did already but my dear husband loves to do that. Then we went downstairs together.

On the breakfast table, everyone was engrossed in their own conservations. The best time of the day is when the family eats together. Because the family that eats together, laughs together, stays together. Suddenly dadi shouted “statue everyone” Pin drop silence was the word that could describe the surrounding. Everyone stayed still in their place. Nobody moved an inch.

We waited for dadi to speak, then finally she said over and everyone breathed out an audible sigh. She spoke up again “listen everyone” and everyone was all ears to her.

“parso holi hai, sabko yaad hai na” and everyone said a big yes in unison. “Parso har baar ki tarah, Ghar mein Holi pr party hogi, hamare sab rishtedar, family friends or business partners aane wale hai. Arrangement sab staff se keh Diya hai humne bs apne apne logo ko invitation Dena tum sab ka kaam hai,  Adrisha and Priya beta tum bhi apne family ko bula lena.”

(Like every year, there will be a Holi party at home the day after tomorrow. All our relatives, family friends, and business partners are coming. We have arranged everything with the staff; it's just up to each of you to send invitations to your own people. Adrisha and Priya, make sure to invite your families too.)

We all nodded. It's my first holi in this house and I heard a lot from everyone about how they celebrate holi. They invite all the family friends, business partners and other known people. I was so excited about holi. This is also my first festival with him. He is not like those grumpy men who don't like to play holi. Rishi and Anika told me that he does play holi but not too much.

Then dadi told us that in the evening we all had to go shopping. She told me to go with him to the jeweller to collect the jewellery she had designed for all of us as a holi present. So everyone decided that maa,Chachi, Anika will go in the day while me, him, Bhai and bhabhi will go in the evening. As other people have work in the evening.

In the evening~

The day went in the preparation of holi. It was evening and I was getting ready to go to the jeweller. I changed my saree to a lemon coloured one with white shiny blouse. I went to Priya bhabi’s room and saw her crying. I panicked and rushed towards her.

“bhabi, what happened? Why are you crying? I asked and looked at her if she got hurt anywhere. “I don't know what I should wear?” She spoke up and sighed in relief and sat in front of her. “and you are crying over this.” I said while she nodded. Oh, she looks so cute.

And I know it's just her pregnancy hormones kicking in. She behaves like that on every small thing.

I helped her to choose her outfit which was a lilac coloured suit. I also helped her in getting ready and then we went shopping after informing everyone. Rudra Bhai and he said they were busy so they will join us directly there. We went to the jeweller shop.

He said that the order is not complete so we have to wait a little. We agreed and Priya bhabi started looking for other jewellery. She was looking for some necklace. But something caught my eye. It was a silver payal.

It was in front of me. So I took it and saw it carefully, the design was beautiful and the ghungroos were so heavy. It will sound so good if someone walks wearing it. But then I dropped the idea to buy it. Because I didn't take my card with me. I can ask bhabhi for money ofcourse she won't deny but I was a little awkward to ask so I just put that back and started looking for bhabi's necklace.

Advay's pov~

Rudra Bhai told me that Isha and bhabi already went to the jeweller. So we'll go and join them. I took my laptop bag and left the office.

We entered the shop and saw them. Bhabi was trying on some necklace so bhaiya went to her. While my wife was lost in that payal. She was looking at it with adoration just like I was looking at her. Then suddenly her expression changed and she put that back.

I walked to her and sat beside her. She looked at me and said hi with her adorable smile, that can make my worst day even better without doing anything.

I saw that payal and signalled the shop worker to pack it, while she was busy with bhabi. I took that payal after packaging and hid it in my coat pocket. After that dadi’s order was also done. We collected it and left the shop. Priya bhabi bought some new jewellery, I asked her if she wanted anything and of course she denied.

Me and her were in my car and bhaiya bhabi in their own car. They already went home. But I was driving slowly and saw her all silent during the whole ride. I decided to spend some time with her because If we went home like now she won't be able to even look at me.

I stopped the car at an ice cream parlour. She looked at me with confusion. I got down from the car and went towards her side. I made her get down from the car. We went inside the ice cream parlour and ordered her favourite chocolate ice cream. Even though I'm not fond of ice creams, Biwi ke liye karna padta hai. She won't eat alone, so just to give her company.

“what’s the special occasion ?” “There is no need for any special occasion to spend some time with my wife.” I answered her question. She raised an eyebrow but still nodded. The waitress served us the ice cream while I felt a stare at me. I was feeling this since we entered here but I ignored it but now it was too obvious.

I Looked at her while she was looking to her left. I followed her gaze and saw a girl gawking at me creepily. Isha’s frown was enough to say that it bothered her. I put my hand on her and she looked at me.

“Don’t worry, Biwi. I'm only yours.” I assured her while she nodded and gave me a smile. But was she convinced? Nahh.

After the ice cream I went to pay the bill. And I came back and asked her to go. She nodded and stood up. The waitress was serving water to our next table where that creepy girl was sitting and my dear wifey elbowed that waitress and the water fell on that girl.

I didn't believe that women can do anything in jealousy. I suppressed my laugh and we walked out of there. On our way back home I asked her “what was that Biwi?” “What ?” She asked back.

“What happened just now, in that ice cream parlour?” “oh that was an accident addu.” She spoke up in a chill voice. “ Yeah, that was accidentally, I saw that. And you accidentally slapped Shruti that day in my office.” “yeah, what?” Her expression changed quickly.

“I didn't do that intentionally, that friend of yours calling you her. And I can't tolerate that and the rest is history.” She cleared herself. “So you were jealous?” I asked and she answered with “of course I am, after all I'm a wife. Why won't I be jealous over some random girl calling my husband hers or gawking at my husband.”

Damn this girl, bold enough to explain herself. While people tremble to talk in front of me. Everytime she calls me by different names, how badly I refrain myself for not fucking the hell out of her. But I want to take these things slow as they should be.

We reached home and gave the jewellery to dadi which she'll give everyone on holi as a gift. Then we went into our room. I took a shower and she changed her clothes. Then we went downstairs as it was dinner time already. During the whole dinner everyone was talking about holi.

After dinner, I went to my study room to check some files. After half an hour I got free and went to my room. I saw her sitting on the balcony while reading a book. I walked towards her and snatched her book. It was a magazine. “I think you are also fond of those sex books like Anika.” I spoke up and she answered “those are fictional books, not sex books. Yeah sometimes I read it but not always.” I nodded my head. Suddenly I remembered that dadi told her to call her family “did you call your family for holi.” “I did but dad is busy, so they won't come.” She said in a disappointing tone. I side hugged her and said “ it's ok, we'll go some other day to meet them.” And she nodded.

“Btw do you like holi?” I asked her while she looked at me with wide eyes “ like? I love holi. Holi is my favourite festival. But till now I never celebrated it fully. As being the only child. There was always mom, dad and my few relatives. But now I have a big family and I'm so excited this time.” She spoke while smiling ear to ear. I smiled hearing her ranting. It was  the first time we were talking like this.

Suddenly she turned towards me and said “Holi par sabse pehle aapko main rang lagaungi” I took her hands in mine caressing it gently

“Hum par toh pehle hi aapka rang chad chuka hai, Biwi.” just as I said that her face turned red.

After a little chit chatting we went to sleep.
